The difference between Level 3 and Level 4 in Education and Training is the recorded and observed 15-minute micro-teach session in Level 3 AET. Whereas, CET requires you to have access to 30 hours of Teaching students who are above the age of 16. The CET enables you to teach adult learners in your own special area.
Out of multiple other differences between Level 4 and Level 5 in Education and Training, the major ones are in the number of teaching hours and the final status you get after you finish the certification/diploma. The DET qualifies you to get a Qualified Teachers Status (QTS) and the CET enables you to teach adults in your own area of expertise.
