The WEA (Workers' Educational Association) is the UK's largest voluntary sector provider of adult education in England and Scotland. This charity is dedicated to bringing high-quality, professional education into the heart of communities. They deliver friendly, accessible and enjoyable courses for adults from all walks of life.

Specialised Quality Assurers and Verifiers

WEA works with hundreds of organisations at local, regional and national levels. This level of collaboration means they needed training for monitoring and supporting their staff's teaching and assessment journey. They required specialised training and wanted it in the shortest time possible. We customised our training accordingly as their trainers teach a diverse population, and the quality verifier needed the training.

Internal Quality Assurance Qualification

WEA required Internal Quality Assurance professionals to keep a check on their teaching staff and provide them with support as and when needed. They required trained internal verifiers because they wanted to ensure their sister organisations maintained the standard required for good adult training.

ELN courses are self-paced and on LMS and we also provide 1:1 sessions when needed. The WEA staff was trained within their requested time with the help from the tutor and the learners' efforts. The training was online through our easy-to-learn interactive portal, and tutors stayed connected through chats, which helped the students to finish their course within the time limits.
