Who should do the Conflict Management Refresher Training Course?
The goal of ELN's online Conflict Management Refresher Training course is to teach employees, management, and staff members how to avoid and cope with conflicts at work. These people can be managers, supervisors, HR teams, security personnel, and anyone who deals with people in their job roles.
Conflict Management Refresher Training Course Details
The Conflict Management CPD instructs learners about the most common reasons for conflict, how the law affects conflict management, how to do a conflict risk assessment, how to stop conflicts from happening, and how to deal with confrontations and ongoing conflicts, including different ways to solve them.
Please note this is not the Level 3 Delivery in Conflict Management course, and it is a theory only CPD course. At the end, you will get a downloadable CPD certificate from ELN.
